Estudios del Observatorio / Observatorio Studies

Estudios del Observatorio / Observatorio Studies is a series of articles, reports and other types of texts which examine diverse aspects relative to the situation of the Spanish language and Hispanic cultures in the USA from various areas of study. They may originate in the Observatory or be submitted by researchers from elsewhere. Manuscripts undergo review by at least two members of the center’s Advisory Committee. Issues are published both in English and Spanish, and are accessible on-line and in printed form. The series' publishing guidelines can be accessed here.

See also our Call for Papers, which invites scholars to contribute to a new line of research: “Rewriting Hispanic Literatures in the 21st Century,” focusing on contemporary translation and reception of Spanish-language works.
