This session will examine the music world's response to the recent global lockdown and how it, in turn, has changed and continues to change the music industry, for example expanding the role of online platforms in music. 

Javier Limón is the Artistic Director of the Mediterranean Music Institute at Berklee College of Music. He has worked as composer or producer for important flamenco, jazz, and pop artists, such as Paco de Lucía, Enrique Morente, Wynton Marsallis, Joan Manuel Serrat, Andrés Calamaro, Ana Belén, Alejandro Sanz, Caetano Veloso, Buika, Alicia Keys and Luz Casal. His work as producer has earned him eight Grammy Awards, including one for the celebrated album with Diego El Cigala and Bebo Valdés, Lágrimas Negras.
